Server Rules

1. NO HACKING OR CHEATING

Third party clients that give a user a distinct advantage over another player and or change the game in an unfavorable way. This includes but is not limited to x-ray, flying, speed, and item spawning mods. This also includes exploits that are found in minecraft. An example of this is an item duplication glitch. If you are found using hacks, glitches, or exploits you will be banned.

2. NO STEALING OR GRIEFING

Do not touch any buildings that are not yours. If you did not build it or place is and it is not naturally spawning, it will be considered griefing if you break it. This includes but is not limited to user's houses, shacks, statues, paths, and farms. If you do not have permission from the creator to edit the blocks, you will be punished.

3. NO ASKING FOR POWER

Do not ask for power above what is already given to you. This includes asking for OP, Fly, Godmode, and Creative.

4. CHAT RULES

Do not type in all capital letters, spam the chat with the same message over and over, or type out long strings of symbols and nonsense. Chat privileges may be removed if you fail to follow proper chat etiquette

5. DO NOT ADVERTISE

Do not advertise other servers. Do not ask people to join your server. Do not post another server's IP anywhere. Failure to comply will result in a ban.

6. SERVER OWNERS

Server Owners can do whatever they want. They may change any structure they want in anyway they want and at anytime they want without notice.

7. YOUR RIGHTS

Playing here is a privilege, not a right. You have no freedoms or rights on private property. The only right you have is to leave at any time you want. You do not have freedom of speech, rights to your builds, or right to fair trial.

8. DISCUSSION OF PUNISHMENTS

Do not discuss your punishments with others. Do not talk about other people's punishments. If you have complaints or questions about a punishment you have received you can use the ticket system at exiledgaming.net

9. PROPER CONDUCT

You are to act in a respectful manner at all times to everyone including staff and other players.

10. NO OFFENSIVE MATERIAL

Do not say, post, or create offensive material. Anything that is racist, homophobic, or sexist is not allowed and will get you banned.

11. DON'T BE AN IDIOT.

Do not be an ass. Do not be annoying. Do not have a shit attitude. If you piss us off you will be removed from the server.

12. FARMS

Do not build excessive farms or take up large amounts of land for nothing. Harvest enough food to feed yourself. Excessive farms will be removed.
